GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE NO: 2011-01

SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION COMMISSIONER

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 ILCS 5/6-21, the Circuit Judges of the Circuit Court of Cook
County, or a majority of them, hereby appoint Langdon D. Neal to the OFFICE OF ELECTION
COMMISSIONER of the BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF
CHICAGO, Cook County, Illinois, to serve until November 30, 2014, and until a successor is
appointed.

Dated this 29th  day of December, 2011. This Rule shall be spread upon the records of this
Court and published.
