Operated by Cabrini Green Legal Aid (CGLA), this desk can help individuals clear their criminal backgrounds by applying for expungement, sealing and/or executive clemency.

To qualify for CGLA services, clients must be Chicago residents and have household incomes that fall below 150% of the federal poverty level.  Potential clients pay a non-refundable $20.00 intake fee to meet with a intake specialist.
