Remote Access Centers
The Cook County Circuit Court provides computer access in the designated Remote Access Centers for litigants who can [only] connect to their Zoom hearings with assistance from court personnel or with equipment provided by the court.

SCAM ALERT!
The Circuit Court of Cook County and the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County are aware of a scam in which persons contact individuals through the Chat feature on Zoom during virtual court proceedings. These persons ask for money in exchange for various services and do not provide the services. Some of these people claim to be attorneys or pretrial officers. The scammer may sound convincing and use real information about you or others and the associated court case.
Please be advised that neither the Court nor the Clerk will ever direct anyone to submit payment of any kind with Apple Pay, Facebook Messenger, Google Pay, PayPal, Samsung Pay, Venmo, Zelle, or any similar electronic payment service. If court fines or fees are owed, they can only be paid in person at the Clerk’s office, by phone, by mail, or electronically through the Clerk’s website at https://www.cookcountyclerkofcourt.org.
If you believe you have been the victim of a scam, you should contact your local law enforcement agency.
General Zoom Usage Information
To access via telephone use the dial-in number: (312) 626-6799 and enter your case Meeting ID and Passcode.
- Please enter your name information PRIOR TO joining the Zoom session. Parties not properly identified will not be admitted into the Zoom session.
- When signing into Zoom, please type in your appearance using the following nomenclature:

- Please have both your audio and video turned off until your case is called.
Recording, photographing, videotaping or other reproducing or saving Zoom or Livestreamed court proceedings is strictly prohibited and could subject you to contempt of court and/or other penalties. Additionally, livestreamed YouTube and Zoom hearings are unavailable for use as transcripts or bystander reports. If you wish to have an official report of proceedings, please retain the services of a court reporter.
