No Walk-in Dismissals

Prove Ups - Cases set for prove-up, in which an appearance has been filed, require proof of notice to the defendant.

Continued Motions – Unless otherwise ordered by the court, courtesy copies of the motion, response and reply, all exhibits, and any cited cases, statutes, ordinances, or regulations relevant to disposition of the ultimate issue may be delivered to courtroom 1102 as early as is practicable, but must be received by the judge not later than seven (7) days prior to hearing on the motion. 

Trial – No continuances on the date of trial.
