• Intake/Case Management Conferences: The Intake/Case management call is Thursday at 9:00 a.m. A Case Management Order must be completed by both sides (it is recommended that attorneys obtain the Case Management Order form and complete it prior to the Case Management Conference). Trial attorneys for both sides must appear.

• Continuances: Motions for a continuance must be made in advance of the trial date and be in compliance with Supreme Court Rule 231 with an affidavit attached.
