GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE NO: 04-01
 
SUBJECT: APPOINTMENT OF ELECTION COMMISSIONER
 
Pursuant to the provisions of 10 ILCS 5/6-21, Richard A. Cowen is appointed to the OFFICE OF ELECTION COMMISSIONER of the BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, Cook County, Illinois, to serve until November 30, 2006, and until a successor is appointed.
 
This Rule is dated the 27th day of January, 2004. This Rule shall be spread upon the record of this Court and published.

Pursuant to the provisions of 10 ILCS 5/6-21, the Circuit Judges of the Circuit Court of Cook County, or a majority of them hereby appoint Theresa M. Petrone to the OFFICE OF ELECTION COMMISSIONER of the BOARD OF ELECTION COMMISSIONERS OF THE CITY OF CHICAGO, Cook County, Illinois, to serve until November 30, 2007, and until a successor is appointed.

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE RULE NO: 04-03
 
SUBJECT: APPROVAL OF BOND OF STATE’S ATTORNEY OF COOK COUNTY
 
Pursuant to 55 ILCS 5/3-9001, which provides that the State's Attorney of Cook County shall execute a bond in the penal sum of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000.00) to be approved by the Circuit Court of Cook County, the undersigned judges of the Circuit Court of Cook County hereby approve the Public Official Bond of Richard A. Devine, duly elected State's Attorney of Cook County on November 2, 2004, for the term of office commencing December 1, 2004 and ending on November 30, 2008, Bond Number 103422881, written by Travelers Casualty and Surety Company of America, One Tower Square 3PB, Hartford, Connecticut 06183, in the amount of FIVE THOUSAND DOLLARS ($5,000).
