PART 4. PRETRIAL CONFERENCES 4.1 Pretrial Memorandum 4.1. Pretrial Memorandum (a) Duty of attorney to prepare - In actions in which a pre-trial conference will be held, the attorney for each party shall prepare a full and complete typewritten memorandum substantially in the form required by the Court, and shall mail a copy to all attorneys of record in the action not less than thirty (30) days before the date of the conference.
