Circuit Court of Cook County Honorable Timothy C. Evans, Chief Judge   Welcome to the Circuit Court of Cook County's Court Services Resource Site.   Part of the Circuit Court's commitment to serving the citizens of Cook County includes providing services that facilitate and ensure the public's access to the court. All of the services listed on this Resource Site are provided free of charge.   Services available include interpreter services, childcare for children whose parents or guardians are attending court proceedings and assistance for persons who desire to represent themselves in court, also known as pro se litigants. The Circuit Court of Cook County also provides cutting edge trauma intervention for children and parents involved in Domestic Violence Court.   Also included in this Resource Section is information about the court's educational programs, the Fairy Trials Project and the Circuit Court of Cook County Mock Trial Competition.   Tours of various court facilities, including the main courthouse, the Richard J.
