Q.
What happens when I get to court?
A. The judge
upon entering the courtroom will give an opening statement concerning
individual rights in traffic cases and the procedures of the court
will follow. It is important to arrive at the courthouse in sufficient
time to be in the courtroom when the court call begins so you
will hear the opening statement.
