Q. If I completed Traffic Safety School, do I have to come to court?

A. Traffic Safety School attendance is reported to the Clerk of the Circuit Court by the Traffic Safety School. You are not required to attend court to show completion.

There is one exception to this rule:

If you were required to attend the Defensive Driving Course as a condition of supervision or conditional discharge and were required to pay an additional $110.00 fee for that class, you must return to court on the date indicated by the judge and present proof you attended Traffic Safety School.
