GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 06-02
SUBJECT: CIVIL FORFEITURE CALL
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
Effective May 1, 2006, the Civil Forfeiture Call currently heard in the Traffic Center is transferred to the County Division. Cases returnable on or after May 1, 2006, and cases continued to a date on or after May 1, 2006, shall be assigned and heard pursuant to the determination of the Presiding Judge of the County Division.
