IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS
GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER NO. 08-03
SUBJECT: MANDATORY FEES AND COSTS
In all minor traffic cases in which a defendant appears in court and the disposition of the case is a judgment of guilt or a grant of supervision, the notation “MFC” (mandatory fees and costs) or other similar notation made by the judge in the case shall mean that the following mandatory fees and costs have been assessed pursuant to the cited authority, and such fees and costs shall be recorded and collected by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County:
| 1. Court Automation Fee (705 ILCS 105/27.3a; Cook County Code § 18-33 | $15.00 |
| 2. Court Security Services Fee (55 ILCS 5/5-1103; Cook County Code § 18-32) | $25.00 |
| 3. Court Supervision Fee, applied only in cases where there is a disposition of supervision, (625 ILCS 5/16-104c; 730 ILCS 5/5-6-1) | $20.00 |
| 4. Court Supervision Fee, applied only in cases where there is a disposition of supervision and unless waived by the court (625 ILCS 5/16-104c; 730 ILCS 5/5-6-1) | $5.00 |
| 5. Additional Fee to Finance Court System (55 ILCS 5/5-1101(a); Cook County Code § 18-35) | $5.00 |
| 6. Document Storage Fee (705 ILCS 105/27.3c; Cook County Code § 18-34) | $15.00 |
| 7. Drug Court Fee (55 ILCS 5/5-1101(f); Cook County Code § 18-38) | $5.00 |
| 8. Mental Health Court Fee (55 ILCS 5/5-1101(d-5); Cook County Code § 18-36) | $10.00 |
| 9. Quasi-Criminal costs, fees (705 ILCS 105/27.2a(w)(1)(E)) | $30.00 |
| 10. Youth Diversion Fee (55 ILCS 5/5-1101(e); Cook County Code § 18-37) | $5.00 |
