IN THE CIRCUIT COURT OF COOK COUNTY, ILLINOIS

GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 2014-01

SUBJECT:      WEATHER EMERGENCY

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT:

Due to extreme weather conditions, all traffic, misdemeanor, and felony cases for defendants in the custody of the Cook County Department of Corrections and the Illinois Department of Corrections scheduled for Monday, January 6, 2014, except for those scheduled at the Hon. George N. Leighton Criminal Court Building, are rescheduled and continued to the same time and in the same courtrooms as follows:

1) Domestic Violence Courthouse (Chicago), Branches 60, 61, 62, 63 and 64, Wednesday, January 8, 2014;

2) First Municipal District (Chicago):

a. Branches 23, 29, 34, 35, and 43, Wednesday, January 8, 2014;

b. Branches 38, 42, 44, 48, and 50, Friday, January 10, 2014;

3) Second Municipal District Courthouse in Skokie, Wednesday, January 8, 2014;

4) Third Municipal District Courthouse in Rolling Meadows, Thursday, January 9, 2014;

5) Fourth Municipal District Courthouse in Maywood, Friday, January 10, 2014;

6) Fifth Municipal District Courthouse in Bridgeview, Thursday, January 9, 2014; and

                    7) Sixth Municipal District Courthouse in Markham, Wednesday, January 8, 2014.
