GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 2016 – 05
SUBJECT: Traffic safety program, disposition of supervision, return date
The court being in the process of changing the vendor that administers the court’s traffic safety program authorized pursuant to Ill. S. Ct. R. 529 (eff. Dec. 7, 2011) (hereinafter “program”), and the court expecting the transition between vendors to unavoidably and necessarily cause a temporary increase in the processing time needed by the new vendor between a defendant’s enrollment in the program and the defendant’s completion of the program,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, effective June 1, 2016, and until further order of the court, in all cases in which completion of the program is a condition of an order of supervision, the circuit clerk shall schedule a return date 6 (six) months from the date of the defendant’s enrollment in the program.
