GENERAL ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER No. 2019-03 e-filing, date of acceptance, court closures other than weekends and holidays

IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that, when electronically filed documents are received by the
circuit clerk before midnight on a day the courthouse is not open for business, other than a
Saturday, Sunday, court holiday, or holiday as defined or fixed in any statute, the document shall
be deemed filed that day.
