IT IS HEREBY ORDERED:
In all minor traffic cases in which a defendant appears in court and the disposition of the
case is a judgment of guilt or a grant of supervision, the notation "MA" (mandatory assessments)
or other similar notation made by the judge in the case shall mean that the following mandatory
assessments have been assessed pursuant to the cited authority, and such assessments shall be
recorded and collected by the Clerk of the Circuit Court of Cook County:
