The Domestic Relations Division of the Circuit Court of Cook County provides a specialized Incarcerated Litigants Call. This program allows incarcerated individuals that are self-represented or represented by a private attorney or a civil legal service provider to participate in their court proceedings remotely. The General Administrative Order and Standing Order for the call are available online. Cases transferred to the Incarcerated Litigants Call are placed on Calendar 01 and court dates are pre-scheduled by the Presiding Judge’s Office in conjunction with the Illinois Department of Corrections.
